DENIM F.A.Q
- Gates on Friday open at 2pm. Gates on Saturday 3pm.
- Re-entry allowed until 7pm. No Exceptions if you return after 7pm. This is a rule from the City of Kelowna, Liquor Commission, and RCMP. Strictly enforced.
- Tickets are non refundable.
- Tickets are purchased for Denim on the Diamond festival not a specific artist. The lineup is subject to change and no refunds offered if an artist cancels.
- Festival runs rain or shine. Refunds will not be provided due to weather conditions. Tickets are non-refundable. If event can’t go on due to external factors the event will be postponed, with no ticket refunds.
- Seating is first come first serve. Get there early and claim your spot with your lawn chair or blanket. There will be ushers onsite to help you set up. No canopy or LARGE chairs or blankets. We reserve the right to disallow any chairs or blankets.
- We have a stadium license so you can take your drink anywhere on the diamond. No beer gardens here.
- 19+ event. Photo government issued ID required.
- For online payments we accept Visa & Mastercard. Tickets will be emailed to you in PDF format via email. The tickets can be printed or kept on your smartphone. At the event they get checked-in/scanned using one of a few different methods and devices by the event staff. No WILL CALL.
- Parking is first come first serve to anywhere downtown.
- Wheelchair accessible area will be available. Please email denim@denimonthediamond.com so we can better accommodate your needs.
- Umbrellas are permitted with the following exceptions; no oversized / golf / beach umbrellas.
- No outside food or beverage allowed. We are bringing in great local vendors to fill your stomach and quench your thirst.
- Everyone is subject to being searched as a condition of entry. No weapons or fireworks allowed.
- Denim on the Diamond reserves the right to refuse admittance or evict anyone who creates a disturbance, causes a nuisance, or breaks any of the rules outlined here without refund of admission.
- Lewd conduct will not be tolerated and if in violation patrons will be removed from the festival site. This is at the discretion of event staff.
- No Pets allowed. Exceptions include guide, service and/or signal dogs to persons with disabilities. Please email us to accommodate your needs.
